Great for delicious stews, soups and many menu applications, these quality cuts offer a fine cut without any of the waste. To ensure consistent high-quality, servings are hand portioned and cut into either 1 inch or 1/2 inch pieces and we quick freeze each piece individually to lock in freshness. We then carefully pack portions in convenient 5 pound bags within 10 pound boxes.
