Sarah`s Pork Chops

Ingredients...
- 4 Blue Plate End Cut Pork Chops
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 garlic salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 Tblsp oil
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (other cream soups work well too)
Directions...
- Mix flour, salt, mustard and garlic salt and dredge the chops with the mixture.
- Heat the oil in a skillet and brown the chops on both sides.
- Place the chops in the slow cooker and add the soup.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- You can add more soup if you want more gravy.
- Good over rice or noodles.
