Sarah`s Pork Chops

Ingredients...

  • 4 Blue Plate End Cut Pork Chops
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 garlic salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 Tblsp oil
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (other cream soups work well too)

Directions...

  • Mix flour, salt, mustard and garlic salt and dredge the chops with the mixture.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet and brown the chops on both sides.
  • Place the chops in the slow cooker and add the soup.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • You can add more soup if you want more gravy.
  • Good over rice or noodles.
