Short Rib Jardiniere

Ingredients...
- 10 lbs. of CMA Premium Beef Short Ribs, 8 oz. portions
- 8 oz. of coarse cut carrots
- 8 oz. of coarse cut celery
- 8 oz of course cut onions
- 1 cup of Minor`s Beef Stock from Base
- 4 oz. of Pesto Mashed Potatoes
- Fresh Chopped Parsley for garnish
Directions...
- Pan brown Short Ribs and layer in pan.
- Pan braise carrots, celery and onions.
- Place on top of Short Ribs and add 2 cups of Beef Stock.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours or until fork tender.
- Remove, portion and chill.
- Retherm in microwave, plate, garnish and serve.
