Ingredients...

  • 10 lbs. of CMA Premium Beef Short Ribs, 8 oz. portions
  • 8 oz. of coarse cut carrots
  • 8 oz. of coarse cut celery
  • 8 oz of course cut onions
  • 1 cup of Minor`s Beef Stock from Base
  • 4 oz. of Pesto Mashed Potatoes
  • Fresh Chopped Parsley for garnish

Directions...

  • Pan brown Short Ribs and layer in pan.
  • Pan braise carrots, celery and onions.
  • Place on top of Short Ribs and add 2 cups of Beef Stock.
  • Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours or until fork tender.
  • Remove, portion and chill.
  • Retherm in microwave, plate, garnish and serve.
