Ingredients...

  • 5 lbs. of CMA Premium Hand Cut Diced Beef
  • 2 Tbsp. of Minor's Chicken Base
  • 1/4 cup of Minor's Ancho Concentrate
  • 2 cups of Tomato, diced, canned with juice
  • 1 tsp. of Cumin
  • 1 cup of Water

Directions...

  • 1) In a large roasting pan combine ingredients and place in a 350-degree conentional oven, covered for 3 - 3 1/2 hours (stirring occasionally).
  • Cook until meat is tender and breaks apart easily.
  • 2) Add water as needed to replace during evaporation.
  • 3) Break beef apart using the back end of spoon until all is shredded.
  • Combine with juices.
  • 4) Place in holdin pan for service.
