Ingredients...

  • 32 - 5 oz. CMA Buffet Pork Chops
  • 38 fresh or canned pineapple rings
  • 1/2 gallon of Kikkoman`s Teriyaki Glaze.

Directions...

  • Place pork chops on sheet tray.
  • Place pineapple rings on top of pork chops.
  • Coat pork chops and pineapple rings with teryaki glaze.
  • Place in convection over 10-15 minutes at 325 degrees.
