  • 40 CMA Beef Ranch Steaks, 6 oz. portions
  • 40 Onion Slices
  • 40 Tomato Slices
  • Iceberg Lettuce (enough for 60 sandwiches)
  • 40 Mild Cheddar Cheese Slices
  • Dijon Mustard

Directions...

  • 1) Grill CMA Beef Ranch Steaks to medium temperature.
  • 2) Melt cheese on top of ranch steaks.
  • 3) Place Dijon mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion and ranch steaks on sandwich buns.
  • Serve with potato chips and pickle spears.
