- 40 Onion Slices
- 40 Tomato Slices
- Iceberg Lettuce (enough for 60 sandwiches)
- 40 Mild Cheddar Cheese Slices
- Dijon Mustard

Directions...
- 1) Grill CMA Beef Ranch Steaks to medium temperature.
- 2) Melt cheese on top of ranch steaks.
- 3) Place Dijon mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion and ranch steaks on sandwich buns.
- Serve with potato chips and pickle spears.
