Ingredients...

  • 4-5 CMA Premium Short Ribs, 8 oz. portions
  • 1 small Yellow Onion, 1/4
  • 1/2 cup of Honey
  • 1/2 cup of Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 cup of Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbs. of Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. of ground clove

Directions...

  • Salt and pepper CMA Premium Beef Short Ribs and place in hotel pan.
  • Combine all other ingredients to make sauce.
  • Top ribs with half of the sauce, cover and bake for about 3 hours at 350 degrees.
  • Heat remaining sauce and brush on ribs before serving.
