Ingredients...
- 4-5 CMA Premium Short Ribs, 8 oz. portions
- 1 small Yellow Onion, 1/4
- 1/2 cup of Honey
- 1/2 cup of Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup of Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbs. of Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. of ground clove
Directions...
- Salt and pepper CMA Premium Beef Short Ribs and place in hotel pan.
- Combine all other ingredients to make sauce.
- Top ribs with half of the sauce, cover and bake for about 3 hours at 350 degrees.
- Heat remaining sauce and brush on ribs before serving.
